Jorge Lu Morales-Quiles, a 44-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was found dead on February 19, 2015, inside a 2009 Chrysler 300 on the 100 block of West Tabor Avenue. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene at approximately 8:59 p.m. after the vehicle had reportedly struck a pole.
