Xavier Caple, a 27-year-old man from Philadelphia, was fatally shot on February 28, 2015. Police responded to reports of gunfire on the 3700 block of Aspen Street around 11:08 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Caple lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and legs. He was immediately transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where medical personnel worked to save his life. Unfortunately, Caple succumbed to his injuries in the early hours of March 1, 2015.
