Death by Force

Jamaya Dogan, a 30-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot on the night of July 31, 2015. Philadelphia Police responded to a report of a shooting at around 11:00 p.m. on the 1900 block of Mountain Street. When they arrived, they found Dogan lying on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound to his shoulder.
