Jamaya Dogan, a 30-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot on the night of July 31, 2015. Philadelphia Police responded to a report of a shooting at around 11:00 p.m. on the 1900 block of Mountain Street. When they arrived, they found Dogan lying on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound to his shoulder. He was immediately transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, but despite efforts to save his life, Dogan was pronounced dead at 11:38 p.m. that evening. At the time of h ...Read More
