Murdered

Saadiq Latiyf, a 21-year-old man, was found murdered on April 3, 2016, in Philadelphia. At approximately 9:23 a.m., police officers responded to reports and discovered Saadiq lying on the sidewalk along the 300 block of St. Bernard Street. He had suffered a stab wound to his neck, and, despite the efforts of emergency personnel, Saadiq did not survive his injuries.
