Robert Edward Minor, Jr., aged 41, passed away on July 28, 2017, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His death was ruled a homicide by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office, though it stemmed from injuries sustained over two decades earlier. Minor had been shot in the back in September 1995 in Westgate Village, a neighborhood in Pittsburgh's Fairywood area.
