Who murdered Arthur Moore in 1991?
On June 20, 1991, 37-year-old Arthur Moore was found murdered in Portland, Oregon. Moore, an African-American man, was discovered on the sidewalk near the intersection of NE 6th Avenue and Emerson Street. A passerby heard gunshots around 12:40 a.m. and soon after, Moore’s body was found with fatal gunshot wounds. An autopsy confirmed that he had died as a result of the shooting.
