Do you know who murdered Fou Sent Saechao? On the evening of May 22, 1992, Fou Saechao, a 43-year-old Asian man, was diligently stocking shelves at a market located at 5020 N. Interstate Ave. in Portland, Oregon. At approximately 8:20 p.m., his work was interrupted when he was confronted by an African American male. Following a brief exchange of words, the unidentified man tragically shot Saechao multiple times before fleeing the scene. Saechao succumbed to his gunshot wounds.
