Kimo Muronaga, 31 years old, was shot and killed on July 26, 2007, in San Diego, California. He was walking home in the Mountain View neighborhood when the tragic event occurred. Investigators determined that Muronaga was an unintended victim in the shooting, which appeared to be a case of mistaken identity. The assailants, who fired at him from a vehicle, remain unknown.
