Do you know who murdered Willie Banks Jr in 1996?
On the evening of November 15, 1996, Willie Banks Jr., a 19-year-old resident of Portland, Oregon, was tragically shot and killed in an unsolved case that remains open. At approximately 8:30 p.m., Banks was driving with his girlfriend near NE 15th and Prescott. They stopped at a local grocery store, and when Willie returned to his car, he found a man talking to his girlfriend. A verbal exchange ensued, and shortly after, a single gunshot rang out, fatally wounding Banks. He died at the scene. ...Read More
