Bell was targeted by assailants in a silver vehicle, described as being driven by two Black males. Despite initial investigations, no arrests were made, and the case remains unsolved. The San Francisco Police Department has continued to seek new information, offering a $10,000 reward for tips leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
