On September 24, 2011, 23-year-old Wayne Oliver was shot and killed following a confrontation in Oklahoma City. The incident began as an argument between individuals inside two cars at a 7-Eleven parking lot located at Southeast 44th and Bryant. The confrontation escalated when one of the drivers drove away, only for the other to follow close behind.
