Ikuko George, an 82-year-old Asian / Pacific Islander woman, lived a quiet, orderly life in a modest home along the 3100 block of Southeast 54th Street in southeast Oklahoma City. On March 7, 2016, that routine was abruptly broken when she failed to come out for a scheduled taxi ride to a medical appointment, something her cab driver said she simply never did.
