On October 22, 1969, Patricia Dumler, age 27, was found murdered alongside her husband, Martin Dumler, and her mother, Mary Wilson, at their home on Beverly Hills Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio. The family had been tied up, shot, and stabbed in their upscale Mount Lookout neighborhood. The crime scene was discovered the next morning when the couple's two young children, unable to wake their parents, sought help from neighbors.
