On April 9, 2008, 37-year-old Luis Solari was tragically shot and killed while driving on Interstate 280 in San Francisco. Solari, a Richmond resident, was driving southbound near the Alemany and Monterey Boulevard exits around 6 p.m. when the shooting occurred.
