On April 16, 1975, Willie Williamson Jr., a 33-year-old man, was found dead in his home on Hartford Avenue in Akron, Ohio. He had suffered a fatal gunshot wound, and his death was ruled a homicide. The Akron Police Department led the investigation into this case, but despite efforts by law enforcement, the case remains unsolved to this day.
