On March 7, 1977, 28-year-old Mussa Albarr was tragically killed in Akron, Ohio. The incident took place at his home on West Thornton Street. According to reports, Albarr had gotten out of bed to check on the electricity, which had suddenly gone out in the house. He went down to the basement, and shortly after, a roommate heard a noise and went to investigate. The roommate discovered Mussa Albarr with a fatal gunshot wound in the basement.
