On August 19, 1984, Steve Sadowski, a 28-year-old from Oberlin, Pennsylvania, was tragically killed while hitchhiking in Columbus, Ohio. He was last seen near the Route 71 Northbound ramp at Frank Road, where he was picked up by an unknown individual.
