On January 18, 1990, Cheryl Boyer, a 30-year-old woman from Akron, Ohio, was tragically killed in an altercation that took place in the parking lot of the Oasis Bar located on Copley Road. During the incident, Cheryl was stabbed, and she managed to enter the bar seeking help but collapsed shortly thereafter. Despite immediate assistance, Cheryl succumbed to her injuries at the scene. The Akron Police Department is handling the investigation, and Cheryl's case remains unsolved.
