Kathryn Hill, a 26-year-old woman, was found dead on November 5, 1990, in Lake Township, Wood County, Ohio. Her partially nude body was discovered in the rear parking lot of a truck stop near the Ohio Turnpike, a location frequented by long-haul truckers.
