On January 1, 1993, Shawn Dafney, a 21-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was shot and killed near 1509 E. Main Street. Shawn suffered a gunshot wound to the torso, and despite extensive investigations by the Columbus Police Department, the case remains unsolved. The incident took place in Franklin County, and no suspects have been publicly identified or arrested.
