On May 16, 1994, Raymond Ogle and Arthur Works were both shot to death while working at J.R. Motor Sales, a car dealership on West Third Street in Dayton, Ohio. The case remains unsolved to this day, with many questions still unanswered. Raymond Ogle was formerly a police officer in Indiana before transitioning to manage the car lot in Dayton, and Arthur Works was a father of six and a church deacon.
