Javier Campos, aged 23, was tragically killed on January 28, 1997, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place in front of 3140 Alleghany Avenue, located in Franklin County. Campos was found suffering from a gunshot wound and succumbed to his injuries that same day. The Columbus Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation, but the case has remained unsolved for many years.
