On June 24, 1998, 29-year-old Melissa Sublett was found stabbed to death on the sidewalk at 992 5th Avenue in Akron, Ohio. The Akron Police Department responded to the scene, but the circumstances surrounding her death remain unclear, and the investigation has yet to result in an arrest or the identification of a suspect. Melissa's death has been classified as a homicide, and authorities believe that someone in the community may have critical information that could help solve the case.
