James Stulka was last seen alive on August 13th, 1998 at 4:30 P.M. leaving his employer Coopers Entronics (Rolls Royce) in Mount Vernon, Ohio. On August 22nd, 1998 Coshocton County Deputies received a complaint of a suspicious abandoned vehicle off Bedford Township Highway 57. Deputies discovered James Stulka dead in the locked rear trunk compartment of his vehicle.
