On December 19, 2001, Dion Rashad Owings, aged 21, was found dead in Dayton, Ohio. Dion was the victim of a homicide that occurred at his residence in Montgomery County. Authorities reported that Dion sustained a fatal injury, and the Dayton Police Department has since been investigating the case. The incident was quickly classified as a homicide, but despite their efforts, the case remains unsolved to this day.
