On July 8, 2002, Baby Boy Ferguson tragically died as a result of a gunshot wound sustained by his mother before his birth. The incident took place on West State Street in Columbus, Ohio. The unborn child did not survive the trauma caused by the gunshot, and his death was ruled as a homicide. The case remains unsolved, and Baby Boy Ferguson’s name is listed in the Ohio Attorney General's cold case database in hopes of generating leads that could provide answers.
