According to the Clark County Prosecutor's Office, there is evidence suggesting that these women, including Shakura, were involved in activities such as drug use and prostitution, and Hare was in proximity during the period these deaths occurred. However, no formal charges have been filed against him for Shakura's murder, and the investigation is still open, with law enforcement continuing to seek additional leads.
