On March 4, 2009, 21-year-old Toua Xiong was tragically killed in Fresno, California. He was found in a taxi cab that had crashed into a palm tree on Kearney Boulevard. Initially, it seemed to be a car accident, but investigators later discovered that Xiong had been shot in the back of the head, and the incident was ruled a homicide.
