On June 16, 2007, Samuel Winston, a 27-year-old man, was fatally shot in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred at 1360 Phale D. Hale Drive, in Fairfield County. The Columbus Police Department responded to the scene, but despite their efforts, no suspects have been identified, and the case remains unsolved. Samuel Winston's death is classified as a homicide, and the investigation has not yielded enough evidence to determine the person or persons responsible for his killing.
