Bryant Ortiz, a 33-year-old resident of Lorain, Ohio, was tragically killed on September 21, 2009. The incident took place at 3680 Pearl Avenue, where Ortiz was at a local bar known as Ray's Memory Lane. On the night of the incident, Ortiz became involved in an argument with an unknown individual.
