Murdered

On June 15, 2009, Tammy Jo Charland, a 38-year-old resident of San Diego, was found dead in an alley in the Barrio Logan neighborhood. Her body was discovered wrapped in a blanket in the 3000 block of Main Street. A citizen noticed the body and called authorities, but Charland was pronounced dead at the scene.
