On March 31, 1986, Georgia Haggai, age 42, was shot and killed at her home in San Diego, California. The incident occurred just before dawn, when Haggai answered her front door at her residence on Dichondra Court. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots around 5 a.m., prompting them to call the police. When officers arrived, they found Haggai lying in the entryway of her home, dressed in a robe, with multiple gunshot wounds to her head and upper body.
