Isiah T. Smith, a 19-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on May 20, 2012, in Lima, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 7:54 PM in the 1300 block of West High Street near the intersection of Rosedale Avenue. According to reports, Smith became involved in an altercation with several individuals, which ultimately led to his death. Law enforcement officials from the Lima Police Department responded to the scene and began their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting. ...
