Richard Allen Hudgies, a 31-year-old man, was killed on May 25, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The homicide took place in the Pendleton neighborhood, where Richard was gunned down during the night. Richard, who was originally from Detroit, Michigan, was remembered fondly by friends and family as a charismatic individual with a keen fashion sense and a big heart.
