On November 17, 2016, Johnathan Lofton, aged 45, was found shot to death in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred on the East Side of the city, specifically near an apartment complex, which was reportedly an area familiar to the victim. The Columbus Police Department responded to the scene, where Lofton was pronounced dead due to multiple gunshot wounds.
