Delacey Mwase Glover, a 29-year-old resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, was tragically killed on January 21, 2000, in a senseless act of violence. Glover and two friends were walking home from a birthday party around 11:30 PM near 3127 Central Avenue when they encountered a vehicle with three or four men inside.
