Do you know who murdered Bonnie Daye? On June 15, 2005, 81-year-old Bonnie Daye was found murdered in his home on Buxton Drive in Durham, North Carolina. Daye had last been seen alive the previous evening, around 10:30 p.m. His death was the result of strangulation, and his body was discovered wrapped in a sheet. In addition to the tragedy of his murder, Daye's cream-colored 2002 Cadillac Seville was missing but was later recovered the same night on Atlantic Street near Mutual Drive.
Daye's murder remains unsolved, despite ongoing investigations. His family and authorities have continued to seek answers and urge anyone with information to come forward. Durham CrimeStoppers is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest.
