In the early morning hours of October 7, 2009, a domestic dispute in a quiet Las Vegas neighborhood culminated in the death of 37-year-old Shane McElroy, a Caucasian male. The tranquility of their Upper Falls Court home was shattered by an argument that spilled from the house into the garage and ultimately onto the street.
