On Halloween night in 2009, Arbuary Daniel Fuller, a 40-year-old African-American/Black male, was shot and killed in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident occurred outside his apartment at the Shepherd Hills Townhomes, located at 1950 Simmons Street, near the intersection of Vegas and Rancho drives. Fuller sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to University Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
