In the pre-dawn hours of July 16, 2010, the life of 28-year-old African-American Robert Waddell was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Las Vegas, Nevada. Waddell, also known by the moniker "Rob-Loc," was driving his distinctive large red car with oversized wheels in the central valley when he was shot. Despite his grave injuries, he managed to drive to a nearby AM/PM gas station at 1500 W. Bonanza Road, at the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard.
