Geraldo Ayala, 46, male, Hispanic/Latino, was found on December 9, 2013, slumped over the steering wheel of a van in a parking lot off the 6300 block of Lake Mead Boulevard near Torrey Pines Drive in Las Vegas. Responding officers said he was already dead when they arrived, and early indications at the scene suggested he had suffered a gunshot wound.
