In the late hours of a Tuesday in Las Vegas, on March 8, 2016, the life of 26-year-old Chante Nicole Johnson was tragically cut short. Responding to reports of a shooting in the 5800 block of Delabarre Place, near North Jones Boulevard and West Smoke Ranch Road, authorities found Johnson with multiple gunshot wounds to the head. Her death was officially ruled a homicide by the Clark County coroner's office.
