In the early morning hours of April 20, 2016, a fatal encounter unfolded at a motel in downtown Las Vegas that claimed the life of 37-year-old Pedro Munoz Rodriguez. A Hispanic man, Rodriguez was at the Safari Motel located on Fremont Street when a dispute erupted.
