In the quiet hours after Christmas in 2017, the lives of two people were tragically cut short behind a central-valley swap meet in Las Vegas. Alfred Wilhelm, a 53-year-old man, was shot and killed on December 26th in a violent encounter that also claimed the life of 27-year-old Rhonda Ballow.
