On July 7, 2007, Kamal Stevens, a 21-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was found fatally shot. The incident occurred in the Baden neighborhood of St. Louis, an area that had seen numerous violent crimes during that period. Stevens was shot multiple times, and authorities arrived on the scene to find him gravely injured. Despite efforts by local law enforcement to investigate, few leads emerged, making the case difficult to solve.
