Consuaila Braden, age 22, was shot and killed on May 4, 2014, in Kansas City, Missouri. Officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of Virginia Avenue at approximately 8:38 p.m. in response to a reported disturbance. Upon arriving at the scene, police found Braden on the south side of the residence, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save her, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
