Rosie Walker, a 63-year-old woman, was tragically killed on January 30, 2010, in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred at around 4:00 PM while she was sitting in her 2008 orange Dodge Avenger in the parking lot of her apartment complex located on the 13000 block of West Chicago Road, near Plymouth and Schaefer Highway.
