Duane Gilmore, age 26, was murdered on June 2, 2010, in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred at 8282 Vaughan, and involved a confrontation that ultimately led to his untimely death. Duane Gilmore was shot and killed following a verbal argument with Joseph Thornton Wright. Witness testimonies indicated that Wright confronted Gilmore, asking if he thought he was tough before pulling a firearm and shooting him.
