Raymond Farrell IV, a 28-year-old male from Philadelphia, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2022, in Southampton, PA. He was one of two victims fatally shot in the parking lot of the Steam Pub on Second Street Pike. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. following an altercation. The other victim, Steven A. Panebianco, 30, from Bensalem, also succumbed to his injuries at the scene. A third victim, a 24-year-old male, was injured but survived.
