Oscar Ortiz-Diaz, aged 28, was killed on November 2, 2012, in Detroit, Michigan. His death occurred as part of a violent incident that involved multiple victims. Ortiz-Diaz was one of three people killed at a residence on Braden Street in what appeared to be a triple homicide.
